Shipping & Handling - Orders under $70.00 are subject to a $6.50 handling fee. You will be charged actual ground shipping charges based on total order weight on items marked FOB (Freight on Board). FOB items are typically those that weigh over 1 pound. All other non-FOB items ship FREE. Express Shipping is available upon request at an additional charge - please contact customer service at 1-800-321-2142 for expedited services and shipping quotes.
Special Shipping Situations - Some select products require special handling or special shipping arrangements. These items will be marked with the following icons:
FOB Truck Icon - Indicates an oversize or overweight item that will require delivery by a semi or lift-gate truck. These items may include horse drawn vehicles, large stall gates or stall mats. You are welcome to place your order on-line,a customer service representative will contact you with a shipping estimate prior to your payment method being charged.
Vaccine Shipment Icon - Indicates a vaccine or other temperature sensitive item that will require insulated packaging and expedited shipment. Vaccines ship Monday thru Wednesday only. Vaccines are temperature sensitive items that require insulated packaging and expedited shipment. ALL vaccines going to the West Coast will be shipped via Next Day Air at a rate of $24.95 per order. All other orders shipped outside of Zone 3 are required to go via Second Day Air at a rate of $9.95 per order. However, vaccine orders over $300.00 will be shipped freight FREE regardless of zone.
We do offer the 2nd day air shipping for $9.95 but it will not cover any warm vaccines when received. By choosing 2nd day air, you are assuming responsibility for any consequences if you should receive warm vaccines. No refunds will be given for warm vaccines when Next Day Air shipping is decline. The following states require Next Day Air to insure vaccines arrive cold - Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.
Rabies vaccines cannot ship to Illinois.
Backorders - In the event that an item is not in stock, but is expected to be restocked within 2 weeks; the item will be placed on backorder and will ship as soon as the stock is replenished. If there is a manufacturer delay in availability, you will be contacted with the current expected arrival date and an option to leave the item on backorder or cancel the backorder.
Shortages/Breakages/Discrepancies - Please inspect your packages upon receipt to ensure that all items in your order have arrived without damage. In the event that a package is visibly damaged from the outside upon delivery, either refuse the shipment from the carrier or contact us immediately to file a claim.
If you find an item on your packing slip that is missing from your shipment, or an item in your shipment is does not match that of what is on the packing slip please contact customer service at sales@bigdweb.com or by calling 1-800-321-2142 within 3 days of receipt.
Returns - Returns on products that are in new, unused condition are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, carefully re-pack the item along with a copy of your receipt or invoice. If the item is an exchange please include details of the item any size or color options that you prefer to receive in exchange. If you do not have a copy of your original receipt or invoice, or you wish to return an item that you believe may be defective or covered under a manufacturers warranty please call customer service at 1-800-321-2142 or email sales@bigdweb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do advise you to return your package via traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation) as Big Dee's Tack will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered return packages.

Shipping outside the Continental USA - All orders shipping outside the continental USA including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are required to pay actual shipping charges as well as any additional Taxes, Duties or Brokerage fees that may be charged upon entry into the destination country. Please be sure to check with your local customs agency to ensure all items that you wish to import will be given entry for delivery into your county. As a general rule any item that is fed-to or injected into an animal is not likely to clear customs for delivery.
