Big Dee’s Tack & Vet Supplies is committed to keeping the personal data you provide to us secure. 
When you shop through our website we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology to encrypt all personal information you send us when you place your order.  When you are in secured areas of our website you should be able to see in the lower right hand corner of the browser a closed padlock or solid key.  You will also see a change in the address of the page from http:// to https://.
You can also verify the validity our current security certificate by clicking on the VeriSign® logo that appears at the top and bottom of each page.  In the event that you are on a page that is requesting you enter personal information and the above mentioned validation points are not visible please contact customer service at 1-800-321-2142 to complete your order. 
We cannot however guarantee the security of information that you send via E-mail and strongly recommend that you instead contact customer service via telephone at 1-800-321-2142 to discuss any sensitive information.

Privacy of Children on Our Web Site

Big Dee’s Tack & Vet Supplies website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
