RabVac 3 by Boehringer Ingelheim

Indication: For vaccination of healthy dogs, cats & horses against:

RAB - Rabies Virus

Status: Killed Virus

Dose:
Dogs & Cats - Administer 1ml dose subcutaneously, or at one site in the thigh intramuscularly, revaccinate one year later then every 3 years thereafter.
Horses - Administer 2ml in the muscle then annually thereafter. NOTE: Horses require the purchase of TWO 1ml vials.

Package contents: One 1ml vial

NOTE: Needles and Syringes are not included with this vaccine. In order to administer you will also need:
HORSES - 3cc syringes and 20g x 1.5in needles.
Monoject Brand 3cc Luer Slip Syringes
Monoject Brand 20g x1.5in Poly Hub Needles

DOGS - 3cc syringes and 22g x 1in needles.
Monoject Brand 3cc Luer Slip Syringes
Monoject Brand 22g x 1in Poly Hub Needles

CATS - 3cc syringe and 25g x 5/8in needles.
Monoject Brand 3cc Syringe with 25g x 5/8in Needle Combo

NOTICE: Rabies vaccines do not come with a "rabies tag" If your state requires a tag please consult your local veterinarian.

Also comes in 10 dose.

	Best Rabies Vaccine
This is the product to use if you give your own shots; or, ask your vet to use when he comes to your barn. My only negative comment regards packageing - with only two horses, it would be nice if a single equine dose was in a single bottle, rather than having to combine two smaller bottles.

	Review of Rabies Shot.
I have a dog and cat that had not been vaccinated for rabies. This enabled me to do so. There were no tags and I knew that when I purchased the vaccines. Both animals are doing fine. The price on vaccinations and needles were a very good price.

I purchased 3 single dose rabies vaccines. I usually have our vet do the vaccinations but, due to lack of funding,I decided to give the vaccines myself. I was very glad that everything went so well and that there were no problems giving the vaccines and no problems after the vaccines were given.I would use these vaccines again.

Love this product! I ordered the Fort Dodge single dose Rabies Vaccine for my adult cat Hes actually an indoor cat, but gets out on occasion so I wanted him to be fully protected but didnt want to pay Vet prices. It is wonderful that there is a place to order the vaccine since vet visits are so expensive. I have worked with a vet in the past for about 4 years and gave the vaccine then but since moving to Colorado they always say a vet has to give the shots but I prefer to save the money and give them myself, Thank You so much
