Terms And Conditions
SHIPPING:
We offer shipping on all non-FOB items. FOB means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you. Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in the checkout area to get your estimated shipping charge. All orders under $50.00 will be shipped via USPS. If you prefer UPS service an additional charge of $3.00 will be applied. Next day and 2nd day air services are available on most products via UPS. Please make a note in your checkout order and we will contact you with exact freight charges. Same day shipping is standard on most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 pm. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will backorder the item and it will ship as soon as possible. We will contact you in the event that an item will not be available in a reasonable amount of time. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will be contacted regarding exact shipping charges.
VACCINES:
We ship vaccines only on Mondays and Tuesdays. They are paced in ice to assure they arrive safely. When you receive your order, the packs will have melted, but will have done their job. All vaccines shipped outside zone 3 will be shipped 2nd day air for an additional charge of $9.95. Please consult http://www.bigdweb.com/media/PDFs/Shipping.pdf for the UPS zone chart. We will ship your vaccines for free when your vaccine order is over $250.00.
HANDLING CHARGE: All orders under $50.00 will be assessed a $5.00 handling charge.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of custom items.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Money Order. If you choose to pay by Money Order, please choose "Call me for payment" and we will call you for exact information.
RETURNS: If it becomes necessary to return an item, you must first call our customer service department and obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include this number along with a copy of your receipt in your return box. Unless an item is defective, it must be returned unused and in new condition within 30 days. Freight is refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part. Custom orders, videos and computer games are not returnable.
SHORTAGES / BREAKAGE / DISCREPANCIES: Any shortages or discrepancies in your order must be reported to our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. Do not accept a package which is visibly damaged and notify us immediately if there is a concealed damage.
