DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES? Yes, Big Dee's Tack ships world-wide. All orders shipping outside of the 48 continguous states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands are subject to pay all shipping charges as well as any duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. Foreign shipping charges are not calculated on-line, you will be contacted by a customer service representitive with your estimated shipping charges after your order is received. You will not be charged and your order will not be shipped until you approve the shipping charges.
WHAT DOES "FOB" MEAN? FOB means Freight on Board, which means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you. Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in the checkout area to get your estimated shipping charge.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Most orders that are placed by noon are shipped the same day that you place your order when paid via credit card at the time the order is placed.
AM I ABLE TO RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT? Yes, but please first call our customer service department to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please include this number along with a copy of your invoice in your return box. Unless an item is defective, it must be returned unused and in new condition within 30 days. Freight is refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part. Custom orders, videos and computer games are not returnable.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY? We ship via FedEx ground. If you need your order by a specific date, we offer expedited shipping and will give you a quote on freight. Please include a note with your order for us to do so and we will contact you with exact freight charges.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check or Money Order. If you choose to pay be E-check please be aware that it may take 7-14 business for the e-check to clear, your order will not be shipped until the e-check clears. If you choose to pay by Money Order, please choose "Call me for payment" and we will contact you for exact information.
MAY I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE AND PAY BY CHECK? You may place an order and pay by traditional paper check. Simply place your order and when you get to the checkout, choose the form of payment 'Phone me for payment' and we will contact you with an order number confirmation and amount. Please mail a copy of your order along with your check to: Big Dee's Tack & Vet Supplies 9998 State Route 43 Streetsboro, Ohio 44241 Please note that your order will be held until payment clears which may take 7-10 business days.
HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM ORDER TAKE? Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders. During peak times (holidays, fairs, etc.) this may take up to 4 weeks.
