WHAT DOES "FOB" MEAN? 
FOB means Freight on Board, which means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you.  Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in the checkout area to get your estimated shipping charge.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders that are placed by noon are shipped the same day that you place your order.  

AM I ABLE TO RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Yes, but please first call our customer service department to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  Please include this number along with a copy of your receipt in your return box.  Unless an item is defective, it must be returned unused and in new condition within 30 days.  Freight is refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part.  Custom orders, videos and computer games are not returnable. 

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY?
We ship via UPS ground.  If you need your order by a specific date, we offer expedited shipping and will give you a quote on freight.  Please include a note with your order for us to do so and we will contact you with exact freight charges.

MAY I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE AND PAY BY CHECK?
You may place an order and pay by check.  Simply place your order and when you get to the checkout, choose the form of payment 'Phone me for payment'.  Then print out your order and mail it to:

HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders.  During peak times (holidays, fairs, etc.) this may take up to 4 weeks.
