Data Breach - July 1, 2024 - September 6, 2024

Big Dee’s website recently experienced a data breach that may have affected some customer accounts who shopped online with us between July 1, 2024 - September 6, 2024. This unauthorized access was gained through a malware attack on our website. This breach may have resulted in an unauthorized party's access to personal data, including credit card information. This is a crime against Big Dee’s and you, our valued customers. We take this very seriously. You are receiving this notification because you ordered online during the time frame of the potential data breach.  


What We are Doing: 

  • We have engaged an industry-leading cybersecurity firm to conduct malware scans and continuous change monitoring to protect our site and your data.  
  • We have applied additional security patches to our website. We are enlisting the help of this third-party security firm to try to make sure this cannot happen in the future.  
  • We are conducting a full forensic investigation.  


We understand that a situation like this can be stressful for our customers. We want to assure you that we take this very seriously and are working to ensure something like this cannot happen again. We value your business, and your security and privacy are very important to us.  

What You Should Do: 

  • Monitor your credit card statements closely for any unauthorized transactions.  
  • Contact your financial institution to request a new credit card if your information was compromised or as a preemptive security measure.

If you suspect that there has been fradulent activity on your credit card. 

Contact your credit card company to cancel the existing card and ask for a replacement.

What is FOB?

FOB means Freight On Board. Heavyweight, oversize or overweight items that require extra shipping fees.

How can I return an item?

Returns / Exchanges

We make returns/exchanges easy! Returns may be made in person at our retail store or by sending the item back to us.

  • Up to 90 days from purchase – items are eligible for full credit or exchange. Full credit will be given to items in new condition in the original packaging with tags. Full credit will be issued to the original form of payment (less shipping/handling charges).
  • The following items are ineligible for return (unless defective): Customized merchandise, special orders, electronics, books, vaccines, dewormers or supplements.
  • Air vests require additional instructions – please contact a customer service representative via chat, email or call 1-800-321-2142

What payments do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money order or you can mail in a check. If you choose to do Money Order or pay by check please select “Terms” during checkout and we will contact you.


Where are you located?

We are located 9440 St. Rt. 14 Streetsboro, Ohio. Just 30 minutes east of Cleveland.
