Shipping: We offer free shipping on all non - FOB items. FOB stands for Freight On Board and applies to oversize items and items that have weight. You will see FOB next to the price. FOB means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you.All orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS with exception to the following items: orm-d items, blankets, needles, items going to racetracks, glass, liquids or anything over 2 lbs. If you would like your order to go UPS make a note in your order at checkout. All orders over $100 will be shipped UPS. We do offer next day and two day air shipping please select the correct shipping method during checkout and a customer service representative will contact you with shipping costs.

Same day shipping is standard on most in-stock orders placed by 3pm. If an item is out of stock, we will back order the item and it will ship as soon as possible.

All international customers and customers outside of the contiguous United States including Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be contacted with the shipping charges within 48 hours of your order. The shipping charges are charges to the border. The charges do not include duties and taxes that will be charged by your country.

 

Free shipping days: FOB charges are free for orders over $50. *Free standard ground shipping applies to orders up to 150 lbs shipping to the contiguous US only. Not valid on oversize shipping charges. Other exclusions may apply. 

Vaccines:

Vaccines are shipped from Big Dee's Monday - Wednesday. Vaccines are temperature sensitive items that require insulated packaging and expedited shipment. Freight charges varies by state.

Vaccines are shipping in an insulated pouch with ice packs to assure that they arrive safely. When you receive your order the packs will have melted, but will have done their job. Please unpack your vaccines as soon as they arrive and refrigerate until use

Autoship items will automatically ship until the time ends or you cancel the subscription. By creating an Autoship (subscription) you are authorizing Big Dee's Tack and Vet Supply to charge your debit or credit card for time selected 

Autoship subscriptions are good while supplies last. Big Dee’s Tack and Vet Supply reserves the right to terminate your Autoship subscription service at any time without notice. Only items that have been shipped to you will be charged.  

Big Dee’s Tack and vet Supply has the authority to make modifications to the terms and conditions of the Autoship terms at any time. These changes can encompass various aspects, including discounts, availability, and shipping charges.
