Working recovery boot by Iconoclast. Recommended for horses that have sustained an injury or strain to the soft tissue of the lower limb. The Iconoclast Rehabilitation Boots work with the patented Double Sling strap and the patented Ortho-Wedge. This positions the boot against the back of the fetlock joint and the upper pastern. This provides additional vertical support to the ligaments and tendons, aiding in recovery of the damaged tissue. Use of the Iconoclast Rehab Boot will reduce the scar tissue development during recovery. The Double Sling Strap ensures proper stability of the edge insert by providing balanced, 360-degree support which prevents hyperextension or over flexing of the sesamodial region. The Iconoclast Rehabilitation boots are not compatible with overreach boots and are not recommended for use as performance boots.
