"I used Oster Clipmasters for years, so it may take a little while to get the feel of these. I have used them once and they worked very well. They did not blow hair in my face like the clip masters and are much lighter and handier to use. The fine blade that it comes with clips very short, I think a medium blade would be better on the legs. Very happy with my purchase."

"Love our Lister Clippers! We purchased our first pair of Lister Clippers. Our daughter is in 4H and she shows lambs and horses. We were amazed at how well they worked and trimming her horse took less than 5 minutes compared to the 30 with the other ones. Highly recommend! "

"Best clippers by far! We have tried several clippers over the years, these are by far the best weve used on 2-very large mules getting them ready to harness & pull a wagon. Thank you to Big Dees for having them in stock and at a great price. They are worth the money for sure! "

"My last pair of Lister Stars lasted at least 6 years without any maintenance, and I never had a single problem with them until a horse damaged the cord and caused some sort of internal short. I purchased a new pair 6 months ago, got about 10 clips out of them, and then something went wrong with the switch it no longer turns off. The company replaced them and so far, no problems with the replacement. I love that I can get up to 10 clips out of a pair of blades, without resharpening them. Theyre much lighter and more user friendly than Clipmasters, and the blades are much more economical than clippers that use T-84s."

"This clipper does a good job but is very loud and quite heavy."
