The Zinger Bungee Tie Down is made of high quality durable elastic bungee material and durable single ply nylon webbing. Tie down features brass plated snaps at each end and adjust slide to set a desired length. Tie down prevents the horse from toss its head up. Tie down snaps to the caveson ring under the chin extending down between the horses legs to the center ring on the girth.
