How does it work?

While viewing the item you would like to have Autoshipped, select the frequency (options from 2 weeks to 12 months!) and add to cart. It’s as easy as that.

After your initial order has been processed in an Autoship program, the service will automatically generate, and process new orders based on the delivery schedule you have chosen during the initial set up. This automatic order creation and processing will continue until one of the following conditions is met:

1.      The scheduled end date of the subscription is reached.

2.      You actively cancel the subscription before the next scheduled order.

For each subsequent order, you will be charged for the product at the current price on Bigdweb.com less any discounted subscription deal plus any additional tax and freight charges. 

An icon will appear by items that quality for a 5% discount on your next scheduled delivery!

* Please note not all Autoship items qualify for the discount as they are price restricted by the manufacturer.

Can I cancel / pause / edit my AutoShip?

Go to My Subscriptions  to find the AutoShip item you would like to cancel / pause or change, click on that item

From here you can click "Pause",  "Cancel" or "Edit" shipping information

1. Cancel - Your Autoship subscription will be cancelled and no further shipments will be delivered
2. Pause - Your Autship subscription will be paused. This will stay paused until you "Reactivate" the subscription
3. Edit - Autoship subscriptions are able to have their shipping address and credit card payment methods changed

Will I be notified when my AutoShip is on the way?

Yes! You will get an email letting you know that your card was charged and your shipment is on the way!

Accepted forms of Payment on AutoShip items

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover are accepted. Unfortunately we are not able to accept PayPal on AutoShipments.

By signing up for AutoShip with Big Dee's Tack and Vet Supplies you are accepting the terms and conditions for our Autoship (subscription) program. Autoship items will automatically ship until the time ends or you cancel the subscription. By creating an Autoship (subscription) you are authorizing Big Dee's Tack and Vet Supply to charge your debit or credit card for time selected 

Autoship subscriptions are good while supplies last. Promotional items are subject to change at any time and are only available while promotion is valid. Big Dee’s Tack and Vet Supply reserves the right to terminate your Autoship subscription service at any time without notice. Only items that have been shipped to you will be charged.  

Big Dee’s Tack and Vet Supply has the authority to make modifications to the terms and conditions of the Autoship terms at any time. These changes can encompass various aspects, including discounts, promotions, availability, and shipping charges.
