Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will back order the item and it will ship as soon as possible.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money order or you can mail in a check. If you choose to do Money Order or pay by check please select “Terms” during checkout and we will contact you.
Custom Orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom items. Please allow more time during the holiday season.
Large Volume Discount: Orders over $1000 get a 5% discount on non-sale items. Other exclusions apply - Vetrap, Coflex, Renflex, Powerflex, Furacin, Needles, Syringes, Wormers and Vaccines. Does not apply to case pricing or any special promotions.
Heavyweight Shipping Discount: Save 40% on Ground Shipping charges when orderin gover 150 lbs in FOB products.
