Using the underlayer set you will stay dry even in pouring rain. The set includes long sleeve under shirt and long underlayer trousers which are both completely wind and water resistant and they have taped seams. The shirt has a long back and sleeve have laces. The pants have an elastic waist band and leg ends to keep the water out.
